This Privacy Policy explains how Christian Traders Network ("CTN", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by icWebPro Limited, handles your information when you use our mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). We built CTN to help Christian traders grow in discipline and faith, and we take the privacy of that journey seriously.

By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details. When you create an account we collect your email address and basic profile information you choose to provide.
• Early-access signups. If you join our launch list, we store the email address and optional name you submit.
• Your journal. Entries you write in the Mindset Journal, including emotions, intentions, and plan-adherence notes. This content is yours.
• Messages. Anything you send us directly, such as support emails or prayer requests.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data. Basic, largely aggregated data about how the app is used and the device type, so we can fix bugs and improve the experience.
• Crash and performance logs. Technical diagnostics that help us keep the app stable.

We do not collect brokerage credentials, and CTN is not connected to your trading accounts. We do not ask for or store your live trading positions or profit-and-loss.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To create and secure your account.
• To send you the devotionals, notifications, and updates you have opted into.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To understand how features are used so we can make them better.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Your journal is private

Your Mindset Journal is private by design. It is encrypted at rest, it is never sold, and it is never shared with advertisers. We do not read your journal to build a profile of you. We access stored content only where strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, a technical investigation you ask us to help with) or where required by law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. Trusted vendors who process data on our behalf under contract, such as cloud hosting and database providers (for example, Supabase), analytics, and email delivery. They may only use the data to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.
• Business transfers. If CTN is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, and we will notify you of any change.

Affiliate links and third parties

Our Prop Firm Directory and some guides contain affiliate links. If you click one and sign up with a partner, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those partners have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. This is not financial advice.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights in the app or by emailing us at [email protected].

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data, we take steps to ensure it is protected consistently with this Policy.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
