These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Christian Traders Network ("CTN") mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by icWebPro Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Not financial advice

This is the most important thing to understand. CTN is a tool for trading psychology and spiritual formation. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not provide trade signals, entries, exits, buy or sell calls, or setups, and we never will. We make no recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. We make no promises about profitability, and we reject prosperity-gospel thinking about trading. Always do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Present CTN content as financial advice or as your own.
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content without permission.
• Harass other members or misuse community and live-audio features.

Cost

The core CTN app is currently free to use. We may later introduce optional paid extras, such as one-on-one sessions with a professional. If we do, the price and terms will be made clear before you purchase, and the core app is intended to remain free.

Affiliate links

The Prop Firm Directory and some guides contain affiliate links. If you sign up with a partner through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We aim to disclose this clearly. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or firms, and listing a firm is not an endorsement or a recommendation.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, devotionals, design, and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. Your journal entries and other content you create remain yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display them back to you as part of the Service.

Third-party content

Scripture, podcasts, and links to external resources are provided for your benefit. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, icWebPro Limited and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You can delete your account and data as described on our Account & Data Deletion page.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
